Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You can cancel from your billing settings at any point. Your data stays accessible until the end of the current billing period, then enters the 60-day read-only window before deletion.

What happens after the trial?

Your tenant becomes read-only for 60 days — you keep access to view your records but cannot create new ones. After that window your tenant is suspended; data is retained for export for an additional 30 days.

Are there setup or onboarding fees?

No. Per-seat pricing is the entire commercial relationship.

Where is my data stored?

Postgres on a Hetzner server in Falkenstein, Germany. Daily backups go to a Hetzner Storage Box in the same region.
